Our team of PGA and Titleist Certified Instructor Mike Erwin and Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor Jim Thompson are dedicated to helping you play better golf.  That’s our goal, it’s what we do.

The Titleist Team Program starts by evaluating every aspect of a player’s game.  A comprehensive 3D Swing Analysis and 12-point physical screening tell us the strengths and weaknesses that contribute to your game.  We can then map out a personal plan tailored specifically for you.  

Team instruction enables Mike and Jim to collaborate on every aspect of the swing and golf-fitness plan they have put together for you.  We work with you one-on-one on our indoor range and fitness facility. This is what sets us apart and is unique to the Titleist Performance Plan. This offering is the first of its kind in Wisconsin, and is a team effort with NX Level Sports Performance.  Our packages offer a diverse selection of services.
